Christine CHAURAND


Christine CHAURAND has been a lawyer at the Bar of LYON since January 2018. She is mainly involved in the following areas of clinical and preclinical research, procedures for marketing health products, structuring of health centres and medical litigation between professionals.

She advises and assists more particularly professionals in the health sector in :

  • The implementation of their research project (qualification of research, contractual scheme, formalities to be implemented, etc.);
  • Ensuring that their project complies with the Public Health Code (application of ethical rules, supervision of benefits, transparency, validation of projects for the creation of health centres, etc.);
  • Drafting and review of contracts (research, consultancy, services, etc.)
  • Assistance and representation before the courts in the context of disputes between professionals or with the administration.


She obtained her CAPA (Lawyers’ ability exam – EDARA, 2017) and holds a Master 2 in European Business Law (Jean Moulin Lyon III University, 2014), a Master 1 in International Law (Jean Moulin Lyon III University, 2013), a Private Law Degree and a University Degree in American and English Law (Jean Moulin Lyon III University, 2012).


Christine CHAURAND spend more than four years working alongside Thomas ROCHE in the Life Sciences Department of DELSOL Avocats.
